How We Review: JILI998's Published Method

This page is here so our conclusions can be judged by the method that produced them. It states what gets examined whenever an operator is described here, what an outside observer can honestly establish, and how the site makes money. No scores are published, because a score hides the detail that decides whether something suits you. JILI998 is an independent guide and not a casino — no deposits, no games, 21+ only.

Our criteria

  1. Licence disclosure — the regulator named, the licensed corporate entity named, and that entity matching the exact domain you would deposit into.
  2. Payment rails — whether it is clear that a method runs over an e-wallet, InstaPay or PESONet.
  3. Terms clarity — whether a first-time reader can find the wagering multiple, the expiry and the excluded games unaided.
  4. KYC rules — whether the documents and the trigger point are stated before you deposit.
  5. Complaint route — whether a path exists beyond live chat, and whether the regulator's channel is acknowledged.
  6. Responsible-gaming tools — whether deposit limits, cool-off and self-exclusion exist as working controls.
  7. Support channels — which channels, in which languages, with which stated hours.
  8. App distribution — whether the install route is honest about sitting outside the app stores.

Each is a question about disclosure, because disclosure is all an outsider can read. We are not auditors, and nothing here is written as though we have seen inside a company.

The line between checking and guessing

Established by readingNot available to anyone outside
Whether a claim is published, and whereHow quickly a particular account is actually paid
Whether two pages on a site contradict each otherWhat happens inside a risk review or support queue
Whether a named entity is on the regulator's published listWhether a game tracks its published RTP in your own sessions
Whether bonus terms state a multiple, expiry and exclusionsWhether your promotion matches another reader's
Whether responsible-gaming controls exist in the accountAnything at all about your account
That InstaPay is real-time under a per-transaction cap and PESONet settles in batches on banking daysAn operator's own handling window, minimum or fee

Anything in the right-hand column is labelled as such on the page rather than filled in with an estimate. Every operator-specific number is set by the operator, and its cashier page and terms are the only current source.

Why no score and no ranking

A rating out of ten merges eight unrelated findings into one figure, and the merge always destroys the finding that matters to a specific reader. Ranking goes further and asserts that one operator is better than another for everybody, which is not a claim anyone writing from outside can support.

A score also ages badly in a way a statement does not. 'Terms state the wagering multiple and the expiry on the same page' is either still true or demonstrably false when you check it; 'seven out of ten' cannot be checked at all, which makes it impossible for a reader to catch us being wrong.

So the output here is a set of separate statements you can act on. A reader who knows which payment rail they need, which bonus terms they can live with, and whether a regulator will hear a complaint is in a stronger position than one holding a number.

What we refuse to publish

  • A payout time, fee or minimum we cannot source
  • A licence number not read on the regulator's published list
  • Scores, stars, or any ranking of operators
  • Fabricated authors, invented biographies, or 'we tested it' claims
  • Installers, APKs or mirror links
  • Any claim that a system, pattern or tool beats a random outcome

Some outbound links are partner links, so a commercial relationship may exist with the destination. It decides whether a link exists and nothing else: not a sentence, not the removal of a criticism, not a position in a list, and no operator sees a page before publication. We do not accept payment to withdraw a correction either.

Pages carry publication and modification dates and are revised when a published term changes, when a rail's public behaviour changes, when guidance moves, or when a reader demonstrates an error — corrected in place and dated rather than quietly swapped, and withdrawn altogether if we can no longer stand behind them.

Our disclosure in full

JILI998 is an independent guide, not a casino. It accepts no deposits, holds no player funds, runs no games and cannot act on any operator's platform — it cannot release a withdrawal, approve a document or restore a voided bonus. Everything here is written for adults aged 21 and over, and gambling is a cost of entertainment rather than a way to earn.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there no ratings?

A single number averages away the criterion that matters to you and implies a precision no outside observer has. We publish the criteria separately.

Does a partner link change the wording of a page?

It does not. A commercial relationship can determine whether a link is on the page; the sentences around it are written without reference to it, and no operator is consulted before publication.

Why will you not publish payout times?

They are account-level and operator-set, so a figure here would mislead a reader months later. The operator's cashier page is the only current source.

Do you test these operators?

No, and we make no such claim. A single anonymous session proves nothing about how your account will be handled.

Is there a named author?

No. Pages are published by the JILI998 editorial desk as an organisation, not under an invented byline.

How do I get something corrected?

Use the contact route here, name the page and quote the sentence. A source attached to the report is the fastest way to a change.
