Bank Transfer Withdrawals at JILI998: InstaPay & PESONet
Prefer money straight to a bank account? JILI998 supports direct bank withdrawals over both rails. The trick is choosing correctly: InstaPay for speed on smaller amounts, PESONet for the big ones.
Withdraw to your bank in 5 steps
Your bank account name must match your JILI998 (and KYC) identity exactly — mismatched names are the most common cause of a rejected bank payout.
- Finish the one-time KYC (24–48 hour review) so bank payouts are unlocked.
- Open the cashier, choose Withdraw, and select Bank Transfer.
- Pick your bank and enter the account number registered in your own name.
- Choose the amount. Under ₱50,000, InstaPay sends it in real time; above that, the payout routes through PESONet.
- Confirm. InstaPay lands in minutes to a few hours; PESONet arrives the same or next banking day.
InstaPay or PESONet for a bank payout?
| Scenario | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Under ₱50,000, need it fast | InstaPay | Real-time, 24/7, but capped at ₱50,000 per transaction |
| Above ₱50,000 in one payout | PESONet | No fixed per-transaction cap; batch settled |
| Weekend, small amount | InstaPay | Runs on weekends and holidays |
| Large amount, not urgent | PESONet | Cleaner for big sums; same/next banking day |
Timing notes
- PESONet only clears on banking days, so a Friday-evening request may not settle until the next business day.
- InstaPay ignores the calendar — it settles any day, but never above ₱50,000 in a single transfer.
- There is no JILI998 fee for a bank withdrawal on either rail; any charge would come from your bank.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I send a large withdrawal to my bank in one go?
Yes, via PESONet, which has no fixed per-transaction cap and settles the same or next banking day. InstaPay would force you to stay under ₱50,000 per transfer.
Why was my bank transfer rejected?
The usual reason is a name mismatch. PAGCOR rules require the receiving account to be in your own name and to match your KYC details exactly. Third-party accounts are rejected.
